Financing, grants and credit
Installation of photovoltaic systems, heat pumps and other energy solutions for the environment is today supported by numerous subsidy projects. We assist our clients in obtaining financial support, supporting in formal issues and more. We also cooperate with banking institutions, so that acting together with us, you can count on preferential loans for the implementation of thermomodernization projects.
Support programs

We assist our clients in obtaining financial support, supporting in formal issues and more. We also cooperate with banking institutions, so that acting together with us, you can count on preferential loans for the implementation of thermomodernization projects.
My Warmth
This is a government priority program aimed at individuals. Under the project, it is possible to obtain a non-refundable grant for the installation of an air, ground or water source heat pump. The program is aimed at owners of new single-family homes that do not currently use a solid fuel heat source. The beneficiary can receive a subsidy of 30% or 45% (for large family card holders) of eligible costs. The maximum amount of support is PLN 21 thousand. for the installation of a ground source pump and PLN 7 thousand for other types of equipment.
My Current
This is a program that is considered one of the main factors responsible for the rapid growth of photovoltaic popularity in Poland in recent years. Currently, the 4th call is already underway and more are planned. Previously, under the My Current project, it was only possible to obtain funding for a photovoltaic micro-installation. Today it is still a program aimed at individuals planning to install photovoltaics. However, energy storage, heat storage and EMS/HEMS smart photovoltaic installation management systems are also co-financed. The more devices you install, the higher the subsidy you will receive, which can be up to a maximum of PLN 37,000 up to 50% of eligible costs.
Clean Air
This is a comprehensive program to subsidize thermal modernization measures for individuals. Under the program, you can get a subsidy for, among other things: removal of an old energy source, installation of a heat pump, photovoltaic installation, insulating a building, sealing a building, installation of mechanical ventilation with recuperation, and much more. The amount of the subsidy depends on the per capita income of the household and the scope of the investment. The maximum amount of the subsidy is up to PLN 135 thousand.
Thermal modernization relief
As the owner or co-owner of a single-family building, you can take advantage of the thermal modernization tax credit. You are entitled to a tax deduction for costs incurred in thermomodernizing your household up to PLN 53,000. Importantly, the thermomodernization tax credit is combined with support programs, so you can both take advantage of subsidies from the My Electricity or Clean Air program and deduct the costs from your tax.
Loans on preferential terms
Subsidy programs can help you raise the funds needed to install a photovoltaic system, heat pump or carry out other thermal upgrading measures. However, no program finances projects in full. It is therefore worth asking for a loan with a low interest rate. This is offered by Alior Bank and Credit Agricole, among others. We cooperate with both institutions, which guarantees our customers to receive repayable financial support on preferential terms.
